Hi, I’m Nathan Reffell

Texas raised and Georgia based, I’ve spent the past seven years creating photography and video for small businesses, large corporations, hotels, and restaurants. Drawing on eight years working full-time at a marketing company, I’ve coordinated countless events, activations, and conferences across the country, so I understand how critical strong visuals are for brand perception and sales.

During that time, I saw how often photo and video content missed the mark—great companies weren’t being portrayed the way they aspired to be. I learned the craft with a focus on strategic visuals that support marketing goals, highlight guest experiences, and strengthen client relationships.

What began as a professional interest quickly became a passion, and I eventually left my full-time role to pursue photography full time. Today, my goal is to create a visual identity that clearly tells your story, whether you’re a neighborhood restaurant, a boutique hotel, a growing startup, or a large corporate brand. I work to present your business in its best light, with consistent, on-brand imagery you can rely on for your website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Who is Sauba?

Sauba is me! That’s my middle name (Pronounced Saw-buh) early on when I started photography I was apprehensive about sharing my work with the world so I always used my middle name when submitting for critiques.
